Liz & Jonathan, November 2025, Observatory Hill, Sydney

On a picture-perfect Sydney day, I had the absolute pleasure of being the wedding celebrant for Liz and Jonathan’s ceremony at Observatory Hill on 4 November. With the Harbour Bridge as their backdrop and the city sparkling in the sunshine, it was the kind of wedding that reminds you why Sydney is one of the most romantic places in the world to say “I do.”

Liz and Jonathan wanted their ceremony to feel relaxed, heartfelt and joy-filled — a true reflection of their love story. We worked together to create something personal and genuine, filled with laughter and warmth. The moment they exchanged vows in the rotunda beneath that grand old fig tree was pure magic.

Observatory Hill is one of Sydney’s most iconic wedding locations, offering sweeping views across the harbour and a natural, timeless charm. Whether it’s an intimate elopement or a grand celebration, it’s easy to see why so many couples choose this spot for their special day.

It was such an honour to share in Liz and Jonathan’s celebration and to witness the start of their married life together. Days like this are what make being a celebrant so special — creating memories that last a lifetime.

If you’re dreaming of a Sydney wedding with stunning views and a relaxed, romantic vibe, Observatory Hill could be the perfect choice. I’d love to help you craft a ceremony that feels truly you.
