Juha & Sirkku, May 2026, Observatory Hill, Sydney

On 12 May 2026, I had the pleasure of officiating a beautiful wedding ceremony for Juha and Sirkku, who travelled all the way from Finland to get married at the stunning Observatory Hill Park.

With breathtaking harbour views, the Sydney Harbour Bridge standing proudly in the background, and perfect autumn weather, Observatory Hill created an unforgettable setting for their relaxed and intimate Sydney wedding ceremony.

Juha and Sirkku wanted a simple, meaningful ceremony that focused on their love story and the excitement of celebrating their marriage together in one of Sydney’s most iconic wedding locations. Their calm and joyful energy made the ceremony feel incredibly warm and personal, with plenty of smiles, laughter, and emotional moments shared throughout the afternoon.

For couples visiting Australia from overseas, Observatory Hill is one of the best locations for a wedding ceremony in Sydney. Its elevated harbour views, beautiful gardens, and close proximity to The Rocks and Sydney Harbour make it ideal for intimate elopements and destination weddings.

As a Sydney Marriage Celebrant, I love meeting couples from around the world and helping them create relaxed, stress-free wedding ceremonies in some of Sydney’s most spectacular locations. Every ceremony is designed to feel personal, authentic, and memorable while allowing couples to simply enjoy the moment together.

If you are planning a Sydney wedding, elopement, or intimate harbour ceremony, Observatory Hill is truly one of the city’s hidden gems for couples wanting incredible views and a timeless Sydney backdrop.
