**Chris Stedman Celebrant Marriage Celebrant Agreement** **1. Services Provided:** 1.1 Chris Stedman Celebrant agrees to provide wedding celebrant services for the couple, on the agreeded date, time and location noted on the booking form. **2. Booking and Fees:** 2.1 To secure services, the couple agrees to pay in full at the time of booking. **3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:** 3.1 In the event of cancellation by the couple less than 30 days from the ceremony, the booking fee is non-refundable. 3.2 For cancellations more than 30 days, a full refund is given. 3.3 Chris Stedman Celebrant reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. **4. Ceremony Details:** 4.1 The couple agrees to provide Chris Stedman Celebrant with all necessary information for the ceremony, including legal documentation, ceremony preferences, and any special requests. 4.2 Documents needed from both parties are: photocopies of birth certificates and/or passports **5. Conduct and Responsibilities:** 5.1 Chris Stedman Celebrant agrees to conduct the wedding ceremony in a professional and respectful manner. 5.2 The couple agrees to provide accurate and truthful information for the completion of legal documents. **6. Legal Requirements:** 6.1 The couple is responsible for ensuring all legal requirements are met, including obtaining the necessary permits of the location and providing valid identification. **7. Photography and Media:** 7.1 The couple grants Chris Stedman Celebrant permission to use photographs and media from the ceremony for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing. **8. Force Majeure:** 8.1 Chris Stedman Celebrant is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, and natural disasters. **9. Governing Law:** 9.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. **10. Agreement Acceptance:** 10.1 By signing below, the couple acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
